Brennan Gleason, of British Columbia, came up with a creative and completely self made self-promotion called Gleason's Resum-Ale. Resum-Ale is Gleason's home brewed blonde-ale packaged within a box that he designed with his resume on it. He sent out a few packs to the places he really wanted to work for and actually ended up receiving offers right away.
